Executive Officers
| There are four (4) executive officers of the Federation and are elected by the membership at large. These full-time employees of the Federation of Students are accountable to students in two main arenas: Students' Council and the Board of Directors.
These four student leaders are solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Federation of Students. They are charged with running the organization in compliance with FEDS policies, procedures, and bylaws and in keeping with applicable provincial and federal legislation. The executive are almost exclusively the chairs of committees of Students' Council which are work-horses of Students' Council.

Allan Baborpres@feds.uwaterloo.ca The President of the Federation of Students, University of Waterloo is the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation and Chair of the Board of Directors. The President represents students to the University administration, Senate, and Board of Directors, dealing with all aspects of student government. The president also provides leadership and supervision to the Federation of Students. |

Chris Nealvpaf@feds.uwaterloo.ca The VP Admin & Finance oversees the financial and administrative aspects of the corporation. This pertains mainly to the annual budgets, human resources and business operations. Some other responsibilities are ensuring that all our employees are properly trained and recognized for their amazing work, as well as helping student groups on campus with their budgeting. |

Sarah Cookvpin@feds.uwaterloo.ca The VPI maintains and improves student life programs for UW students, supervising Feds services, UW student services and student clubs, as well as handling accountability of societies, communicating with colleges and residence councils and overseeing other projects and commissions. The VPI also represents student issues in the Feds, to the University and the community, most notably in the area of student funded, University-run student services such as Athletics and Councilling Services. |

Justin Williamsvped@feds.uwaterloo.ca 519 888 4567 x32340 The VPED helps students with academic and co-op issues, including academic offences, struggles and with the co-op process. The VPED lobbies university administration and staff for the improvement of academic services on campus. Further, the VPED is responsible for an externally focussed portfolio to lobby city, provincial and federal governments to promote student-friendly policy focused to help students access and acheive a quality higher education in keeping with the social and economic goals of Canadian society at large. |
